This isn’t some miracle product that makes you sizes smaller. I’ve got some loose skin after having children and losing a substantial amount of weight. It does smooth things out for me and makes me feel more comfortable in what I’m wearing. I am working on exercise to tone but even then I’ll never be totally and perfectly trim, but this certainly helps! I bought several more! Comfortable to wear all day and even while I’m repeatedly bending and moving around.

Going by the size chart for my size was very accurate. This fits and is very comfortable to wear. This has tummy control and it DOES NOT roll down through out the day.
