It actually held my girls up in the air. I have not worn it out yet, but I did try it on walked around in my apartment. It didn't move so I recommend this because I am a Big breast person so I get it's very hard to find a strapless bra that does what it supposed to do

Love it, just need a smaller waist size. Currently in a 36G my true size. Will size down to 34G and see! Overall love it. Does not dig into the sides and very comfy.
