At SNTCHX, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. The quality of products will be strictly inspected and in accordance with international production standards. Therefore, you are advised to look over product pages for more details and accurately select size, colour and style. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to return or request a refund for a product. Please review our refund and return policy below to be aware of the conditions and procedures.
Cancel Order
You can cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped, and the order cannot be canceled once the item is shipped. You can contact us to return after receiving the goods: support@sntchx.com
Returns Policy
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of the date you received the package. To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:
The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.
If the item(s) is damaged or defective, please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photos as proof.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
We will tell you the address of the nearest warehouse and initiate the return and exchange process.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If your account have changed during the time, you are suggested to inform us as early as possible.
Please be aware that certain products are not eligible for return:
Items such as underwear or customized handmade products.
Clearance items or items purchased using a gift card or store credit.
Products that show stains, perfume odors, deformities, or are in damaged packaging.
Refunds
You can apply for a refund within 30 days of the date you received the package. To be eligible for a refund, the following requirements must be met:
If there are distinct quality problems with our products, for example, loose or split seam and undone hem, cut or loose elastic band, loose or worn fastenings and so on, SNTCHX will feel sorry for this and make an active effort to tackle it. We are going to give you a full refund and you don’t need to send the item back.
Compensation time-frame:
Paypal account refunds: 5-7 business days
Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sntchx.com.
