I haven’t been comfortable with my midsection lately, and was looking for a suit that would make me feel sexy while covering what I deem my ‘constant food baby’. After reading reviews on this suit for an hour last night I pulled the trigger, and I’m so happy I did. It’s super flattering, adjustable straps, seems like good material (however it does have a strong vinegar’ish smell to it out of the package), and hides exactly what I want it to. I’m 5’3, between 135-140lbs, and I ordered a medium. Perfect fit.

For reference I am 5'5 178 lbs 3xl sports bra. This is a size xl suit. It fits perfectly. I haven't swam in it yet. I've always had problems with tops being too small and bottoms being too big but with this once piece, everything seems secure. May buy a second one if this one holds up.
